I received a phone call within 3 minutes of my submission. Rahida was very pleasant and assured me there was no commitment to use her company services. She was aggressive in a very professional manner when it came to dealing with other agents to show us properties. She did not try and just push us into a property, even when we considered properties that would cost us more in the long run. Once we had an accepted offer on our soon to be new home, Sebastian step in. I met him during the home inspection and he was very knowledgeable with the process. He has helped me obtain the necessary documents and credits from the seller which saved me a ton of money. He knows what to look for through the numerous documents that may have information that you are unfamiliar with or understand. The closing of escrow went smooth and I always felt Sebastian and Rahida had the best interest for me and my family. The Home Pedia Realty Team, Sebastian and Rahida are a very dynamic duo. Sebastian did everything in his power to assist us with selling our existing house and was a major contributor in the negotiations of our new house. For someone that worries about things even when there is nothing to worry about, my mind was always at ease working with Sebastian. Any questions I had were answered in a matter of minutes. Honestly, working with Sebastian to find the perfect place for me I never waited any longer than 5 minutes for a response to an email or a phone call, it’s bizarre really! No where do you find that level of customer service these days. You literally feel like you are the only person he is working with to help find a home, when clearly, that is not the case.
